Hotels Casa Koko: Punta Mita’s Best Kept Secret If you ever want to live your best life, check into Casa Koko for a week. Trust me, you won’t regret it. I recently hopped on a plane with 8 of my favorite Dallas bloggers for a spring getaway at Casa Koko in Punta Mita. From the moment we checked into Casa Koko, we immediately fell in love! Though I had seen photos of the villa in Architecture Digest before the trip, it was even more magical in person! HOW TO GET THERE Casa Koko is located in Punta Mita, a vacation destination about 45 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Casa Koko coordinated all of our transportation, so we could relax, enjoy the views, and sip cerveza en route to the villa! THE VILLA As soon we pulled up to Casa Koko, we were greeted by the house staff and were given a tour of the property. The beautiful oceanfront villa has 9 guest rooms to sleep up to 22 people divided between the main house and guest house! We thought it sounded fun to bunk up in the main house, so Amanda Miller shared a gorgeous master suite that opened up to a private infinity pool. HEAVEN! The house is surrounded by lush greenery and the infinity pool overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Marietas Islands – talk about an incredible sunset! Casa Koko has a full in-house spa with a steam room, massage tables, cold shower, and outdoor stone soaking tub. Next to the spa, you’ll find a fully equipped gym with a connecting garden for private yoga classes! THE SERVICE Aside from the luxury design and incredible views, the service at Casa Koko was over the top. From unpacking our suitcases to creating customized itineraries daily, there was nothing to worry about on our stay! What made our experience over the top was the friendly staff that made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. The staff includes a concierge, house manager, professional chef and sous chef, kitchen assistant, 4 waiters, 12 full-time service members, a private driver, and daily housekeeping. The staff members also provide transportation, laundry service, packing/unpacking, housekeeping, and daily meals. Speaking of meals, the food was amazing! Every morning we woke up to a full breakfast buffet and the staff was on site to whip up any dish we desired. We enjoyed sushi by the pool for lunch, endless guacamole for afternoon snacks, and incredible three-course meals each night on the patio. As for cocktails, the house margaritas were unforgettable! Casa Koko’s staff will handle all activities and can create customized itineraries for your stay based off your interests. Whether you want to scuba dive, rent a sailboat, book an excursion, Casa Koko will take care of everything – Plus the villa comes with a Golf Premier Membership to St Regis and Punta Mita amenities! Since Punta Mita is a gated community with golf courses, beach clubs, and luxury hotels, we had so much fun taking the Casa Koko guest golf carts out each day to the nearby beach club! I’ll share more about my Punta Mita experience soon, but I definitely recommend booking an experience with the Shaman. It was mind-blowing!
